Homeschool Fall Bucket List – The Top Ways We Celebrate Fall

Homeschool Fall Bucket ListOur Homeschool Fall Bucket List

When you are in the trenches in the middle of your homeschooling the day, do you remember that you are having fun? I know there are times that I need that reminder. When it is Fall, the cozy concepts and family activities mean something extra special.

Here is a fun fall bucket list I wanted to share with you. These are all things I have done with my kids and we really enjoyed them.

  1. Take the day off and head to the zoo.
  2. Bake something with pumpkin in it together.
  3. Go out this afternoon and gather pretty leaves with your kids. Bring them home and decorate the house with them!
  4. Put on some music, light the candles, and get out some board games this afternoon.
  5. Read a favorite fall-themed book together to start out the morning.
  6. Get out all the art supplies and paper. Set it all up somewhere like the dining table or even on the kitchen floor. Let your kids create fall decorations and paintings. Don’t forget some fun music to get those creative juices flowing.
  7. Get out the musical instruments and play together. It doesn’t matter if we are talking tambourines and pots and pan lids. Just make music together.
  8. Take a morning to play in the park. Get out with the kids to smell the fall air!
  9. Take a field trip to an apple farm. The smell of freshly picked apples is a wonderful experience to share with your kids.
  10. Hop in the car, with snacks for the kids and an audio story loaded up on the stereo, and take a drive. Go on an explore!
